Tangerine Sorbet
Origine: Sicily (Recipe from Elite restaurant in Terme Brigliadori - Messina)

Ingredienti:
Per 2.2 pt.
Water 2.2 pt., tangerine juice 1 ½ glass, sugar 9.5 oz.., tangerine essential oil 10 drops, egg white 1

Procedura:
Pour all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together. At the end add the whipped egg white, and mix it again for a short time. Then let it rest in the freezer.

To obtain lemon sorbet use, in the same quantities, lemon juice and lemon essential oil.
