6 Lemons, 1lt alcohol, 1 kg sugar, 1 lt water
Remove the rind - only the yellow part - from the Lemons.
Put the rind into a hermetic receptacle end pour in the alcohol.
Close and leave to rest for 20/25 days, shaking every now and then.
Prepare the syrup by boiling the water and by adding the sugar to melt.
Let it cool. Take off the rind from the infusion and pour the syrup.
Leave to rest and mature for at least 2 months.
