Custard "Cocotine" with Red Orange

1 lt milk, 250 gr sugar, 6 eggs, 3 tablespoons flour, 3 Red Oranges’ rind, 2 Red Oranges

Mix the eggs and the sugar with a whisk, add the flour and the milk in which you previously boiled the Red Oranges’ rind.
Sieve the cream and pour it into a pan.
Steam warm, always mixing the compound not to let the it stick to the bottom of the pan.
Let the custard cool and serve it into moulds obtained by cutting in halves two Red Oranges and empting them from the pulp.
Serve with dry but soft biscuits.
